By registering with and using the Basic Inquiry Robostrar you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment and Refunds

This Website offers tickets, passes, and other digital entitlements for sale. The Website does not handle payments for these products directly but rather refers these payments to a secure third-party payment processor which handles all aspects of the payment process. Any payment issues or disputes should be resolved directly with the payment processor. Once we receive notice by the payment processor of a successful payment, we grant access to the entitlement being purchased as soon as possible, with no guarantees of timeliness or immediacy. Purchases are non-refundable, and there is no guarantee that tickets purchased today can be used to register for sessions or other events in the indefinite future. Purchase and stock-pile tickets at your own risk.

Collection & Use of Personal Information

You consent to our use and storage of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary, we collect personally identifiable information that you willingly provide (name, e-mail address) both to give you access to our services and for our records of sales and attendance. We do not see, collect, or store any personal or confidential financial information concerning your means of payments, such as your credit card number. (These details instead are known only to the highly-secured third-party payment processing gateway used by this site.) For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Responsibilities and Recourse

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must not attempt to modify, adapt or hack Robostrar. In any Basic Inquiry sessions you attend, whether online or in studio, you agree to follow all posted rules, and to follow all directions provided by the Session Manager, including the direction that you immediately leave the studio, if the Manager deems that necessary. You agree that the tickets, passes, and other digital entitlements purchased through your account on Robostrar are for your personal use only, and you agree not to sell, re-sell, rent, sublicense, barter, or otherwise materially profit directly from these digital assets. You agree that Basic Inquiry reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Violation of any of these agreements may result in the termination of your Robostrar account, and your removal from Basic Inquiry’s membership rolls and studio access.

No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, that the use of this application is at your sole risk, and is provided "as is" and "as available," with all its faults and without warranty of any kind, and that the Vancouver Life Drawing Society shall to the extent not prohibited by law be in no event liable for personal injury or incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use this application.
